Scott Roller
VP of Technology

Scott is an experienced IT and Operations Management professional having held C-Level, VP, and Director titles in numerous industries including Hospitality, Incentive, O&G, Retail, and Medical. He has lead teams in developing custom hardware and software solutions resulting in incredible efficiency improvements, dashboarding of key metrics extracted from large data sets. Scott is a member of the ASSE, and was a key player in the implementation of communications networks for clients such as GE/NBC at the Beijing Olympic Games.

Aaron Ramage
VP of Projects & Administration

Having 20+ years with our company, Aaron has held various management roles focused on project management and operations. Having expansive knowledge and expertise in engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and program management in commercial, telecommunications construction, and government contracting environments, he is an essential part of our team. PMP Certified, Aaron is currently responsible for developing and implementing systems for project management and general business processes.

Jim Kelly
VP of Business Development & Investments

Comprehensive experience in executive leadership positions across diverse enterprises allows for Jim to provide DBTS with direction and acumen to identify, research, and launch new business and investment opportunities. He has extensive knowledge in areas such as mining, advanced coal technologies and products, specialty retail, systems integration and multiple business management aspects. Jim also manages the investment portfolio for our parent company and serves on the Board of Directors for both Vanity and Space Age Manufacturing.

Perry Rockvam
Director of Sales

Prior to joining Diamond B Companies Perry had a successful 30 year career in Law Enforcement and retired as the Chief of Police for the Cody Police Department in Cody, WY. Perry is a multi-talented strategic and collaborative leader and open communicator who has the ability to bring about new strategic ideas and change. His background includes 12 years of executive law enforcement leadership and has extensive knowledge in operations, policies, procedures, budget management and inter-personal relations. His skills in communication, organizational management, collaborative and analytical skills, have been used to create and integrate innovative solutions that have delivered measurable and sustainable results.

Jennifer Ullman
Marketing Coordinator & Product Trainer

Jennifer has a strong marketing background in addition to a history of project management, training, and support.  She was Supervisor of the Integrated Operations Center (IOC) which plays a vital role in supporting our clients’ operations with either a traditional user support or outsourcing model and serves as project manager for multiple developments.  Jennifer is dedicated to the pursuit of excellence, and has an enthusiasm for developing community relationships, fostering meaningful engagement, and diving into data.  Leading the testing and evaluation of software during pre-release or surrounding scheduled updates (as done during the onboarding of RailOil Logistics and ProCertX), she additionally provides ongoing support/training when needed.

Jeff Schmidt
Development Manager

Jeff is proficient in the Microsoft Stack using C#, ASP.NET, WEBAPI, MVC, MSSQL server, IIS as well as Microsoft’s Azure cloud services, including SQL Azure, Web Services, Service Bus, and Storage tables/Blobs. Some of the emerging technologies Jeff is currently interested are Angular2, documentDB, .Net core, Xamarin, and iot.js. Jeff has designed solutions for e-commerce, rail logistics, and O&G.

Rick Pederson
Logistics Manager

Rick is the logistics manager of the Integrated Operations Center (IOC) and manages the storage and distribution of our rail division. He oversees and monitors a broad range of commodities including crude, frac sand, propane and NGLs of small, medium and large fleets. In addition, Rick supervises the billing and accounting details for our internal division and external customers.

Randy Roller
Field Technician

As an Axis certified professional, Randy is proficient in Axis communications and oversees the camera and access point (hardware procurement) installation for our surveillance and security division(DBTS). He is instrumental in providing job quotes in a timely manner and does so efficiently and accurately. Randy also oversees the marketing and sales of Polar Tracks, a snow track system that is manufactured in Billings, MT.
