Scott Roller
CEO

Scott is an experienced IT and Operations Management professional having held C-Level, VP, and Director titles in numerous industries including Hospitality, Incentive, O&G, Retail, and Medical. He has lead teams in developing custom hardware and software solutions resulting in incredible efficiency improvements, dashboarding of key metrics extracted from large data sets. Scott is a member of the ASSE, and was a key player in the implementation of communications networks for clients such as GE/NBC at the Beijing Olympic Games.

Jeff Schmidt
Development Manager

Jeff is proficient in the Microsoft Stack using C#, ASP.NET, WEBAPI, MVC, MSSQL server, IIS as well as Microsoft’s Azure cloud services, including SQL Azure, Web Services, Service Bus, and Storage tables/Blobs. Some of the emerging technologies Jeff is currently interested are Angular2, documentDB, .Net core, Xamarin, and iot.js. Jeff has designed solutions for e-commerce, rail logistics, and O&G.

Rick Pederson
Logistics Manager

Rick is the logistics manager of the Integrated Operations Center (IOC) and manages the storage and distribution of our rail division. He oversees and monitors a broad range of commodities including crude, frac sand, propane and NGLs of small, medium and large fleets. In addition, Rick supervises the billing and accounting details for our internal division and external customers.

Randy Roller
Field Technician

As an Axis certified professional, Randy is proficient in Axis communications and oversees the camera and access point (hardware procurement) installation for our surveillance and security division(DBTS). He is instrumental in providing job quotes in a timely manner and does so efficiently and accurately. Randy also oversees the marketing and sales of Polar Tracks, a snow track system that is manufactured in Billings, MT.
